The warehouse screen
Stock → Warehouses, then any warehouse. Stock opens here, because the warehouse is what most stock questions are really about.

Stock On Hand columns
The columns are grouped, and the grouping is the point: the same product is described three ways.

Important
On Hand Qty and Available Qty are different numbers, and promising stock off the on-hand figure is the most common stock error. The difference is stock that is physically present and already spoken for.
Note
To Receive and To Dispatch are the two work queues on this screen. The other tabs are history; these two are what has been committed and not yet happened, in each direction. They are also the concrete form of the Incoming and Outgoing columns on Stock On Hand.
Controls
Show Warehouse Assets includes assets in the view. Import Defaults loads default stock settings. Export downloads the list; Reports opens the warehouse reports.
