Walk through a visit on your phone
The mobile app puts one visit on one screen. In this walkthrough we will open one and learn where everything is, without changing anything.
Before we start
You need an account linked to an engineer, with at least one visit assigned. On a phone, signing in takes you straight to the mobile interface.
Step 1 — Read the top line
Open Service Agent. Above everything is Todays Jobs, showing cleared against scheduled.
That is the whole day in one line.
Step 2 — Find your work
Below it, Your Jobs has three tabs. Tap Unscheduled.
You should see your assigned visits. This is where most work lives — the scheduler is used infrequently, so visits are assigned rather than timetabled.
Step 3 — Read a card without opening it
Look at one card:

The priority, the job, which attempt this is, and how long it has been sitting. Then the customer, the suburb and the category.
(visit 2) is worth noticing — someone has already been to this one.
Step 4 — Open it
Tap the card.
You should see the same summary at the top, a state badge, and action buttons underneath.
Step 5 — Find the fault and the machine
Scroll to JOB for what the customer reported, then ASSET for the machine — serial, model and site.
Tap nothing yet, but note Job History in the asset section. That is every previous visit to this machine.
Step 6 — Read the required items
Scroll to REQUIRED ITEMS.
Each line shows a part, a quantity and its allocation state. A line reading Not Allocated means the part has not been claimed for you — the visit is not ready.
Step 7 — Compare with a finished visit
Go back and open the Cleared tab, then open a completed visit.
The action buttons are gone. REQUIRED ITEMS has become USED ITEMS, with what was actually consumed. There is a Resolution Details section. The timeline shows Arrived and Cleared.
That contrast is the lesson: before a visit, the screen is a plan; afterwards, it is a record.
What we did
You can now read a visit on the phone: what the customer reported, which machine, what parts it needs, what has already been tried, and what a finished one looks like.
