Agents
An agent is a party that earns from business you process — a finance company behind a leased machine, or a service business that does the work in a territory you do not cover. The Agents area records who they are and reconciles what they are owed.

What you can do here
- Keep the register of finance and service agents.
- Generate a reconciliation for a period, by type and agent.
- Review what each reconciliation found, item by item.
- Approve it, and take it through to completion.
What you will meet
An agent is a finance or service party, not a person doing the work — see Agents are not engineers. A reconciliation is one run: a period, a type, an entity and an agent. Its items are the individual disbursements it found; Approved counts how many of them have been accepted.
